Meet Your Instructor:  Kathleen Hansen

Kathleen has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, a secondary teaching credential in Music, and a Master's of Music in Conducting from San Diego State University. She has been teaching both vocal and instrumental music to students of all ages for over fifteen years. Her resume includes teaching at public schools, in private studios, directing community groups as well as teaching and directing at San Diego State University. Kathleen is a sought-after clinician and adjudicator. She has conducted highly acclaimed groups at many locales including a featured chorus at the San Diego Symphony Summer Pops Series. She is the Director of the San Diego Sun Harbor Chorus and the Associate Director of the San Diego Chorus of Sweet Adelines International.
